An overall great experience.
An overall great experience. Very friendly and professional. They arrived at the promised time and gave me a call when they were on their way. Our two A/C units only needed preventative maintenance so they were thoroughly cleaned and the coolant was recharged. The price was reasonable (the R-22 freon wasn't but that's not the fault of Sun Heating.)

this technician (chris) could have easily sold me on all that was wrong with my (2) systems, but opted to inform me of all my options and repaired the system based on immediate needs which was to get it running, blowing cold air for my new tenants to enjoy. the other (jokers) whom I spoke with had me buying (2) new systems by end of month so I would "save" money and qualify for long term financing like you get when you buy a new car....REALLY? THANK YOU CHRIS!!!!!!!

Amazing customer service!
Purchased two Goodman HVAC units that Central Sun Heating and Air installed on Saturday. Extremely proficient, hard working professionals! Extremely responsive, very fair in pricing, and amazing customer service! I strongly recommend Central Sun Heating and Air to anyone!

Provided excellent service
Air went out late Saturday night. Sent an online request in around 9am on Sunday, received a call back within an hour, and Chris was on site by 1:30pm. I had talked with 2 other providers prior to going online to home advisor and neither could provide same day service. Chris explained every step of the process and provided excellent service.

I will use this company again
AC stop blowing cool air the evening prior to the service call. The next morning, I called HomeAdvisor and while speaking to a representative, Central Sun called and came out around noon. Very efficient, knowledgeable, reasonable price and very professional. I will use this company again.

Chris and his staff were excellent.
Chris and his staff were excellent. When I initially spoke to him I just told him I needed to have both units checked out because I had just moved into the house. He was there for four hours. I just kept adding to the list of things to look at and he also made recommendations that would help with the longevity of the units. Very professional and took the time to explain and recommendations. We toldChris that we wanted him to continue our twice a year maintenance.
